Newly eligible seniors can apply for their Part A and Part B Medicare cards on this website or can do so by calling or visiting their local Social Security Administration office. Lower income seniors can apply for LIS: Low Income Subsidy which helps cover prescprition costs for eligible seniors. Phone: 800-772-1213 (24 hour phone line).
